This hardware set is designed for the direct mount installation of removable horizontal aluminum hurricane panels. The system uses masonry hanger bolts with wing nuts, allowing panels to be quickly installed and removed as needed.
When not in use, the exposed machine screws are protected with paintable rubber covers, helping prevent corrosion and maintaining a clean exterior appearance. Prior to storm installation, the covers are removed and the aluminum panels are secured using wing nuts for a strong, reliable hold.
